We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:30 we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

NL & Belgium
€ 6,72 for orders under € 50,-
Free for orders over € 50,-.

Other EU-countries

€ 10,95 for orders under € 50,-
Free for orders over € 50,-.

Delivery is via the letter carrier or package delivery from various parcel services. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
